Day 1: Guwahati Pickup & Sightseeing

Arrive at Guwahati Airport, where you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. After checking in, embark on a sightseeing tour of Guwahati. Visit key attractions such as the Kamakhya Temple, Umananda Temple on Peacock Island, and the Assam State Museum. Enjoy a serene sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra River if time permits. Return to your hotel for the night.

Day 2: Guwahati to Bomdila

After breakfast, drive from Guwahati to Bomdila (approx. 7-8 hours). The journey offers scenic views of the hills and valleys. Check into your hotel in Bomdila and spend the evening exploring the local markets or visiting Bomdila Monastery. Enjoy the cool mountain air and picturesque surroundings.

Day 3: Bomdila to Tawang

Start early and drive to Tawang (approx. 5-6 hours). The route includes crossing the Sela Pass, offering stunning views of the snow-capped mountains. Upon arrival, check into your hotel in Tawang. Relax and enjoy the serene environment or explore the local area.

Day 4: Tawang Exploration (Bum La Pass & Madhuri Lake)

After breakfast, set out for an exciting day exploring Tawang. Visit Bum La Pass, located on the Indo-China border, and enjoy the panoramic views. Continue to Madhuri Lake (Sangestar Tso), a beautiful high-altitude lake surrounded by snow-capped peaks. Return to Tawang in the evening and relax at your hotel.

Day 5: Tawang to Dirang

After breakfast, depart for Dirang (approx. 5 hours). On arrival, check into your hotel and explore the local attractions, such as the Dirang Dzong and the local market. Enjoy the picturesque landscapes and the cooler climate of Dirang.

Day 6: Dirang to Kaziranga Orchid Park Visit

Leave Dirang early and drive to Kaziranga Orchid Park (approx. 7 hours). After checking into a nearby hotel, visit the Orchid Park to explore the rich variety of orchids and other plants. Spend the night in the Kaziranga area.

Day 7: Kaziranga to Shillong (Post Safari)

Start your day with an early morning jeep safari or elephant safari in Kaziranga National Park, famous for its one-horned rhinoceroses. After the safari, drive to Shillong (approx. 5 hours). Check into your hotel and enjoy the evening exploring the local sights or relaxing.

Day 8: Shillong to Cherrapunji

After breakfast, drive from Shillong to Cherrapunji (approx. 2 hours). Check into your hotel in Cherrapunji and start your exploration. Visit Nohkalikai Falls, Mawsmai Cave, and the Seven Sisters Falls. Enjoy the lush greenery and heavy rainfall characteristic of Cherrapunji.

Day 9: Cherrapunji to Mawlynnong

After breakfast, head towards Mawlynnong (approx. 2.5 hours), known for its cleanliness and picturesque beauty. Explore the village, including the Living Root Bridges and the Sky View. Discover local traditions and enjoy the tranquil environment. Check into your accommodation in Mawlynnong for the night.

Day 10: Mawlynnong to Shillong via Kerangsuri

Depart from Mawlynnong and drive back to Shillong, with a stop at Kerangsuri Falls (approx. 4 hours). Enjoy the scenic beauty of the falls and take some time for photography. Continue your journey to Shillong, check into your hotel, and relax.

Day 11: Shillong to Guwahati

After breakfast, check out from your Shillong hotel and drive back to Guwahati (approx. 3 hours). Upon arrival, you may have some free time to shop or explore any remaining local attractions. Check into your hotel in Guwahati and enjoy a leisurely evening.

Day 12: Departure from Guwahati

On your final day, check out from the hotel and transfer to Guwahati Airport for your departure. Depending on your flight time, you might have some last-minute opportunities to explore or shop. Your tour concludes with a transfer to the airport.
