Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Khushi Travels, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. However, we understand that plans can change. Below is our refund and cancellation policy:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip start date:

  • 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Cancellations made 15-30 days before the trip start date:

  • 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Cancellations made within 0-15 days before the trip start date:

  • 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Service Charge:

  • A non-refundable service charge of Rs. 2000 per person will be applicable, regardless of the cancellation period.

Refund Processing:

  • The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

Terms & Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions for our services:

  • Included Items and Services: You will receive all items and services listed in the respective sections.
  • Additional Charges: You are responsible for any services or charges not included in the package or car rental section.
  • Identity Verification: You must confirm your identity.
  • Advance Payment: A payment of INR 10,000.00 per person or 25% of the total package cost, whichever is higher, is required to confirm your booking.
  • Refund Policy: You must agree to and comply with our refund policy.
  • Agreement: By booking a package, you agree to comply with all the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
  • Changes to Terms: These terms are subject to change at the discretion of the company.
